－ Lower level room; hallway smelled like it was just fumigated; bolt lock would not turn lock.

＋ The room was quite nice. The queen bed mattress was extremely comfortable and the amenities were so much nicer than other hotels I stayed in NYC. Will definitely stay here again!!! The breakfast on the go section needs to be attended to in a more proper and organized manner... was extreme chaos and out of control. very nice and organized. couldn't be happier with my stay. no issues

－ The window shades in the room needed to be replaced. shabby and torn.
